Under The Weather Charity, Inc.

We are a youth-driven nonprofit organization committed to mentoring and empowering youth. Our mission is to instill the importance of leadership roles, such as serving on boards, and to foster active community participation. Our journey began with Kailey, a passionate 10-year-old determined to help the homeless. Inspired by her early efforts, Kailey recognized the potential for even greater impact. Building on her vision, we now focus on cultivating responsibility, civic engagement, and leadership skills. Our goal is to inspire young people to become influential voices and change-makers in their communities.
